The progressive web app known as DIY Legends (herein referred to as “APP”) is owned by Mantis Automation LLC (herein referred to as Mantis).
By using this APP you acknowledge the risk of injury and property damage inherent in the process of conducting home maintenance (herein referred to as ACTIVITY). You also voluntarily participate in the ACTIVITY and assume the responsibilities and risks resulting from your participation, including all risk of property damage and injury to others and to yourself. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you am solely responsible for any action that you participate in associated with the ACTIVITY or around this ACTIVITY, regardless if occurring before, during or after the period of the ACTIVITY.
Use of this APP is at your own risk. The app is provided on an “AS IS” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law: Mantis disclaims all liability whatsoever, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in relation to the app; and all implied warranties, terms and conditions relating to the app (whether implied by statue, common law, or otherwise), including (without limitation) any warranty, term or condition as to accuracy, completeness, satisfactory quality, performance, fitness for purpose or any special purpose, availability, non infringement, information accuracy, interoperability, quiet enjoyment and title are, as between Mantis and you, hereby excluded, in particular, but without prejudice to the foregoing, we accept no responsibility for any technical failure of the internet and/or the app; or any damage or injury to users or their homes or appliances or any component or feature as a result of or relating to your use of the APP, your statutory rights are not affected.
